If you don't want to use rice wine or sake. I remember making Moo Shu Chicken at my first job at a Holiday Inn in upstate New York, and again in my parents' Chinese restaurant in New Jersey. When we made this moo shu chicken again the other day (again, the same way)—this time documenting it for posterity—everyone agreed that the recipe is. - heat a skillet or wok add chicken broth get to simmering add brussel sprouts cook for 3-4 minutes add soy sauce wine vinegar bulbs woodears shallots garlic bamboo shoots ginger hoisin and everything else but eggs and 3 tablespoons of broth and cornstarch rinse the Woodward and bulbs off before adding.
- mix cornstarch and 3 tablespoon of broth together get ingredients boiling add the cornstarch solution to it stir till thickens to where you like it stir in scrambled eggs
- add salt if needed
