  18. Prepare 8 pc Dried Chillies (halved, soak in warm water)
  19. Take 100 g Peanuts (finely grounded in a food processor)
  20. Make ready 3 Tbsp Cooking Oil (for stir frying)
  21. Take 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil (for sauce)
