- Make ready 2 tbsp All Purpose flour

- Get 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- Prepare pinch Orange colour
- Prepare For Gravy:
- Take 1 Capsicum (chopped finely)
- Make ready 2 Green chillies (chopped)
- Take 1 Spring onion, white (cubes)
- Prepare As per taste Salt
- Prepare 1 tsp Soya sauce
- Prepare 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
- Get 1 tsp Chilli sauce
- Prepare 3 tbsp Tamarind sauce
- Prepare 4 Garlic cloves (chopped)
- Prepare 1/4 Ginger (chopped)
- Prepare 1 Onion (cubes)
- Prepare Sprinkle White pepper
- Prepare 1 tsp Corn flour (in 1/4 cup water)

- Remove from flame then garnish with chilli flakes and spring onions greens, serve hot.
- NB: if you want dry manchurian do not add corn flour mixture in it.
