- note: I did not grease pan. the chicken will cook and makes its own juices in the glass backing pan.
- take aluminum foil off the chicken
- take a spoon and spoon the chicken juices over the chicken
- put back in oven and cook uncovered for 30 minutes. checking every 10 minutes while cooking and spooning the chicken juices over chicken.
- the chicken I used was thick. if you use thin chicken breast you will then need to adjust your baking time.
