Add rice and cook it until water dries and then cover it and let it cook on. When rice is ready, take it out in platter and put prepared mutton on top. Place a wire rack over the pot of rice and then place the chicken on top of the wire rack, making sure that the pot is larger in diameter than the chicken. Steps to make Mandi Rice:
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon, Garam masala powder yoghurt and papaya paste for 4/6 hour

- Cut carrot in Julian shape
- In a pan heat oil then fry carrot and Kishmish for a while and take it out then put rice in it and then chicken cube, salt, ginger powder, Garam masala powder and then add 2 glass of water and cook till rice completely cook then add carrots and Kishmish phr dum do..
- Make red sauce….Heat pan put chilli sauce in it then add few green chilli
- Raita…..yoghurt mein coriander leaves daal do cut kar ke
