- Make ready 2 portion fries or assorted vegetables
- Take 20 ml Oyster Sauce
- Get 4 tbsp Vinegar Chilli Sauce
- Get 4 tbsp soya sauce
- Take 100 ml Chinese garlic Sauce
Add chicken and toss well, coating all the pieces well; cover and refrigerate for two days to marinate. - Prepare the charcoal fire ready for grill and take out the chicken from chiller and be ready for cooking. - Now cut the tomatoes and potatoes into halves each and put on grill. - Put the chicken halves in a grilling net and put in heat.
