- Add the spices . I added chili , indian biryani spices , salt , powered giner
- Cover the pan and let the chicken get cooked
- Add the tomatoes and cilantro and let it boil for 2 min
- In a separate pan. Boil 4 cups of water with salt then add the rice. Cook it for 10 min or until it is half cooked
- Removed the water from the half cooked rice
- Add few drops of oil to the used rice pan, add thin layer of rice . Then a layer of tomato chicken from the other pan. Repeat till you have no more rice left
- Add 1/2 cup of water to the rice mix. Cover the pan and cook on high temperature for 7 minutes then lower the temperature and leave it for 15 min
