  9. Fill a pan with water,add all list 3 ingredients let it boil
  10. Add half hour soaked rice.boil them until half done
  11. Strain them.
  12. Add half chopped coriander and mint on chicken gravy.
  13. Add rice, mix milk and yellow food colour…add on it, also add 1 tbsp kewra water
  14. Now add remaining chopped coriander and mint with fried onions
  15. Now with tight lid cook it first on high heat for 1 minute then on slow heat for 10 minutes
  16. Open it and take out biryani from sides of the pan…you can see rice are nicely done
  17. Serve with any yogurt raita you like.
