  12. Make ready Chopped Toasted Peanuts
  13. Make ready Lime *cut into wedges
  14. Take <Sauce>
  15. Prepare 2 tablespoons Tamarind Paste *OR Lime/Lemon Juice, Rice Vinegar
  16. Take 2-3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  17. Make ready 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
  18. Get 1 tablespoon Soy Saucer *optional
  19. Take 1/4 cup Water

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring, until shrimp and egg are almost cooked.   7. Sprinkled with Peanuts, Coriander Leaves and extra Chilli only if you like them, and serve with Lime wedges.
