- Prepare 2 tablespoons Tamarind Paste *OR Lime/Lemon Juice, Rice Vinegar

- Make ready 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
- Make ready 1 tablespoon Soy Saucer *optional
- Get 1/4 cup Water
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring, until shrimp and egg are almost cooked.
