  5. Cook the chicken for 10 to 15 minutes on the griddle or BBQ, 20 to 25 on a baking sheet in the oven, or until the chicken is done.
  6. Serve with sticky rice (see my recipe) over a bed of shredded cabbage, and enjoy!
